Good vibes, laughter, connection and empowerment sums up the atmosphere and experience at the 2nd annual "Women with Voices" (WWV) event. Held at Brooklyn Commons, an intimate and cultural venue, the WWV event turned out to be a hit! Founded by Cloe Luv (above right), Jordan Emanuel (above left), Chelsea Nicholas, and Tamika Gayle, this special 501(c)3 organization was created to provide support, guidance, and workshops to all women from all walks of life.
A room filled with guests, vendors, and honorees; everyone mingled, enjoyed special performances, laughed, cried, and ate good. Hosted by Ryan Richardson and Renee Willet, these ladies were full of energy and kept the crowd's attention.
Here's a few fun facts about the event:
1. Co-Founder Jordan Emanuel is the first black woman to be a bunny, turned playmate turned playmate of the year for 2019. She's also the cover girl for Leading with Lee's latest issue!
2. Founder Cloe Luv's husband, Shak Trauma, who is the Founder of Brook Brovaz, was honored at the event as he supports women empowerment.
3. Guests enjoyed a celebrity appearance by R & B group Allure!
